 TERMS OF SERVICE

Order Proofs: Once the proof (a digital copy of your order) is sent, we ask that the item is carefully examined to ensure spelling/ layout etc. is accurate. Once an order is approved by the customer, we move forward with the engraving process. The Trophy Boys Inc. is not responsible for errors made by customer.  

Trademarks and Logos: Any material, request or copy received by The Trophy Boys for an order by our company is accepted as being submitted in full compliance with laws regarding copyright, trademark, service mark, and patent, right of privacy or similar type protection. You and your client agree that by submitting such material or copy for our use in producing an order, these laws will not be violated. The Trophy Boys disclaims all liability for compliance with these laws. You and your client agree to hold The Trophy Boys harmless for any damages, loss and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said material or other copy.

Customer Own Stock: When customer stock is used, The Trophy Boys accepts no responsibility as to the structure of the glass, effects, imperfections, irregular breakage, or in the quality of the end product as a result of the decorating procedure The Trophy Boys is also not responsible for concealed damages or breakage contained in glassware shipped to The Trophy Boys for decoration. Breakage claims should be filed with carriers. We are not responsible for shortages on product submitted for contract decorating.

Production Time: Subject to seasonal demands (usually 2-3 weeks). All production times are calculated from the point when we receive approval on layout of artwork and inventory has been confirmed. Production may be affected by demand and availability of product.

Problems & Misprints: We reserve the right to dispose of misprinted or defective goods at our discretion. The customer has the first right of refusal. 

Complaints: Complaints other than those involving the carriers must be received by our office within 15 days after receipt of shipment. Orders sent back without prior

 

Special Instructions: It is important that any special instructions be clearly outlined on your order. If specific requirements are not indicated (size, positioning, layout), then our best judgment will be used and accepted.

Order Cancellation: Any charges relating to an order being cancelled after production has commenced will be billed to the point that the order was cancelled.

Rush Charges: If our standard delivery is not acceptable at the time of order placement, ask our customer service department about rush service on your order, they will make you aware of any rush service charges at that time, in order to meet your special event date required.

If proofs are not responded to within 4 business days, orders will be shipped.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any products that have NOT BEEN ENGRAVED OR CUSTOMIZED, you have 14 business days to return for a full refund.  It is your responsibility to return purchases in perfect condition in original boxes and packaging. Cost of shipping back a product is solely on the customer. Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please send a photo of the damaged item within 48 hrs. of receiving product. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand). Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been engraved or customized.

PRIVACY POLICY

At The Trophy Boys, your privacy is important. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. 

The types of personal information collected are: Name, Address, Phone Number and Email.

The Way We Use Information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

Our Commitment to Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the authorization being received from our office may be re-routed back or may be received, billed back and returned to you by your carrier at your expense.
